Made from wild rosehip, harvested in the automn, the fruits slowly ferment for a number of weeks.  The wort little by little becomes a beautiful amber colour.  Young, the eglantine of the causses brings you the briar's flower aromas and the bouquet forms by maturation and brings apple and nut hints.

Composition : wine rosehip, sugar, alcohol.  Contains sulphites.
