Duck neck stuffed with Foie gras 450 gr

Composition : duck meat, pork meat, 20 % foie gras, eggs, salt, garlic, pepper, parsley.

Use : Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours before sampling.  To take out, open the two sides of the tin, remove one side and push delicately on the other.  Serve chilled.
