The story of Pastis des Homs

Pastis des Homs is a creation of Aromatiques d'Homs.  Homs is the

name of our farm and means "young elm tree" in our old regional french.

For many years, we have specialised in the making of aromatic plants and ancient fruits.  We use them to develop different aperitifs, including the Pastis des Homs, the Eglantine of the Causses, the Chantelune, the Quince brandy.

From wild fruits, or ancient ones, we create some excellent eau-de-vie : Rosehip, Mirabelle plum, Plum and Sloe.

We also grow an entire range of aromatic plants that we use for our infusions and to flavour our white wine vinegars.

We make plant cushions for your well-being, herbs based salt to complement your cooking, a grill sauce for your barbecues...
